Phase I opens in Spring 2008, featuring 50 fixed and floating docks that accommodate boats up to 100 feet. Dock master on site daily. Amenities include pump-out, heads/showers, 30/50 amp, plus sandy beach, convenient parking, daily trash removal and after hours security. Reservations for yearly and transient slips now being accepted.
